This 5 x 2-3/4" tag is made from my original painting of Dorothy and her basket, placed onto a collaged background of a page taken from a 1930s The Wizard of Oz book and a 1940s greeting card featuring poppies.

I then copied them onto card stock, and hand  tinted each card with inks, paint, glitter, and glue.

A slit was cut into the basket and a tiny tag of Toto was slid into the basket.  This tag is a picture of Toto taken from the old Oz book, with a rainbow border I did with markers. Its tied up with a sheer, rainbow ribbon.

The tags are all embellished with an "emerald" under the name Dorothy, then with blue gingham ribbon.

The back of the tag is covered in a page torn from the book, so no two tags will be exactly the same. I've used various pages from the book for each one.  Also since the pictures are hand tinted one by one, after being copied, each will vary a bit.
