I have been tinting bottle brush trees for years, and never tire of the transformations.  After mixing the coloring and hand dying, I add a sparkle of mica flakes.  

The ornaments I use to decorate the trees are from my stash of vintagey goodness, tiny shiny brites or beads cut from glass garlands.  

These 2 trees stand 9" tall in a vintage floral cup surrounded by blooms picked from my garden of vintage hats.  The "ornaments" on the tree are pearls taken from old jewelry
