I have been tinting bottle brush trees for years, and never tire of the transformations.  After mixing the coloring and hand dying, I add a sparkle of mica flakes.   

My bottles are also vintage, collected all year from flea markets to save up to make tree stands at Christmas.

This tree stands 10" tall. The tree is dyed an ombre color with the pink softly fading toward the top.  The ribbon is dyed to match the tree, and a pearl and sequin cluster accents the bottle.  the "ornaments" on the tree are take from old jewelry
