I have been tinting bottle brush trees for years, and never tire of the transformations.  After mixing the coloring and hand dying, I add a sparkle of mica flakes.   

My bottles are vintage, collected all year from flea markets to save up to make tree stands at Christmas.

This tree stands 7-1/2" tall its neck is wrapped in velvet ribbon and a bit of very old, metallic trim with netting graces the front.
