This 9-1/2 x 7-1/2" solid wood block shadow box has been hand painted on the outside in a soft, woodland green and distressed. On the interior, I have added a page from a 1930s, children's reader. It features a pumpkin car carrying a fairy queen and all the fairies in the forest have gathered to greet her. I have lightly added sparkle embellishments to some of the sprites.

Accenting the story page is a mossy ground, a vintage millinery bee, and two hand made mushrooms.  A tiny pixie taken from old jewelry hangs from the top of the frame and a tiny fairy book graces the bottom.

This artwork is a bit heavy and I have guessed the postage. If I over estimated, I will refund excess.
