The fairy is made a from vintage photo printed onto quality paper.  Each is hand tinted and embellished, then dressed up with vintage materials. I have added her to the cover of a 100% hand made book.  The books are crafted from acrylic flow painted canvases that I cut to fit over sturdy chipboard.  They are each lined with vintage wallpaper and filled with  cardstock pages.  The interior of the spine has been reinforced with decorative tape, and the pages are tied in with pretty ribbons.

Use it to fill with your thoughts, poems, art, photos of loved ones, or just lists and reminders.

The ribbons on the spine feature  fluffed bits of lace and netting, a tag made with vintage wallpaper and an old millinery bloom, plus a mini lock and key charm.

The book ties shut with velvet ribbon adhered to a vintage filligre buckle.

The wallpapers inside the book cover are two soft blues with pink roses.  The paint is shades of pink and white with metallic gold and a hint of infused, fine glitter.

Our sweet fairy is wearing a gown of hand drawn daisies topped with a lace skirt. She holds a bouquet of velvet posies and her gown is accented with a rhinestone cluster.  I have added white feathers and ombre velvet leaves as wings.
