This 5-1/2 x 6" old book is covered in lovely blue fabric (marked by the years, but still pretty) and hand painted pink roses.

The pages are still tied in, although not perfectly.

Speaking of not being perfect, the baby's mom did as many of us do, started the book and never finished it.  Mostly likely, this wasn't for the FIRST child. I'll bet that kid has a book full of photos (said very poutingly as a third baby).

There are two photos on the first page, the rest of the book consists of 8 pieces of nice, sturdy, grey photo album paper and one page has another photo of mom holding her baby. I know she loved little Lorraine, even if she didn't ever get around to finishing the book.
