Shop Policies

Thanks for shopping in the Boutique at Karla’s Cottage!  Orders are sent out twice a week, unless otherwise noted in advance, or your item needs to be sent overseas.  Overseas items will go out once a week.  If you need your package in a rush, please let me know and I will try to get it mailed sooner.

 I love to make your packages look pretty, but also strongly believe in recycling, so will try to reuse as many boxes and bags as possible, while still wrapping up each purchase in a cute way.  So, the outside of the box might not be so attractive, but the inside will be, for sure!!

 Shipping-will be done through USPS, or UPS.  If you wish to have your item insured, please ask for an invoice before making your payment.

 Please note that sometimes the website figures the shipping for multiple purchases  way too high, and I will issue a refund for a portion after the box is packed if there is a discrepancy of more than a couple dollars.

 Payment-through Pay Pal is the easiest way to go! It is safe, secure, and instant, plus you can use your credit card of choice through Pay Pal.   If you need to pay by check or money order, please email me: karlanathan@sbcglobal.net

Returns- Please note that most of my wares are vintage, or make use of vintage materials. There will be imperfections that time has created and that just adds to the allure of the piece.  These goods are not shiny and new from market, they are well loved and show their age.
